The softening comprises by removing the calcium and magnesium ions in the water with ion exchanger in Aqualine Softener Systems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>AQUALINE SINGLE WATER SOFTENER SYSTEMS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aqualine Single Water Softening Systems work with the principle of ion exchange; which means water having calcium and magnesium ions pass through the sodium form cationic resin and these hardness ions change place with sodium ion. When resin exchange capacity is full, regeneration process which consist of five main steps that are backwash, brine, rinsing and refilling start. In this process, resin leaves hardness ions and sodium is combined to itself so that system is ready to service position. Required resin quantity is calculated according to raw water characteristics and flow consumption as average daily and peak. Regeneration process can be set with time control, flow control or hardness control.
