Ozone gas has been widely used in recent years because it has a very high oxidation and is the strongest disinfectant known and does not leave any harmful residues to the human body compared to other disinfection methods. Ozone gas is much stronger among other disinfectant methods. Ozone has a destructive effect on all known viruses, bacteria, fungi, yeasts and molds by breaking down the cell walls of organisms. TKZ-M SERIES ozone generators are preferred where high-capacity application is required. The entire device is made of CrNi material and produces ozone in plate type technology. The device is available in models with internal or external oxygen supply. In models with internal oxygen supply, the system provides oxygen production with its own oxygen generator. All the air entering the system is removed by special dryer systems.
All controls are provided electronically with a 128*240 LCD screen and membrane switch keypads.
The device is protected by user and service passwords for authorized persons to use.
In the system, it is possible to see the cabin temperature, mains voltage, operating status of the units, electrical control, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical failure status, optionally the residual ozone in air or liquid from the parts per million (PPM) unit.
It is possible to operate the units of the device separately or as a whole as 25gr/hr and its multiples, to notify the fault signals to the remote point and to enable the operation/stop of the device from the remote point.
Since the system is plate type, ozone reactor section is under warranty of 5 years/15,000 hours.
