Ozone Measurement Devices in Air
OS-4 model ozonecontrol devices are air-controlled devices with 2 separate set values. The first set state allows us to enter the lower and upper values of the ozone concentration that we want to be in the environment. The second set state ensures that the value that can threaten human health is set in emergency situations and it enters the alarm state at this value. The Os-4 Model ozone control device is digital and its controls are analog. The device is calibrated at the factory and is automatically calibrated.
External Hardware Outputs
There are terminals and potentiometers hidden inside the unit for external outputs of OS-4 model controllers. These ;
- Safety Limit Adjustment Point: Internal relay controlled connected to TB2. Contact output 5 A 220 Volt
- Ozone Generator Control: NO and NC internal relay control connected to TB1. Contact outputs 5A 220 Volt. High limit and low limit values are entered for this transition. When the device reaches the low limit value, it allows the ozone generator to run, and during this process the red light stays on continuously and when it reaches the set upper limit, the ozone generator stops working and the red light turns off.
- RS-232 Data output
- Analog Outputs : Terminals 0-2 on GND and TB3. Used for small data drives.
- Analog Outputs (4-20 mA): On GND and TB3. It is PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control output.
